The open consultation hours at some locations offer the opportunity for initial contact and information about possible further support. If certain days cannot be filled due to vacation or illness, this will be communicated as soon as possible.

Our main office is located here, which can also be used by students of Bremen University of Applied Sciences, HfK Bremen and Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences for both Social Counselling and Psychological Counselling. Workshops and groups usually take place at this location.

Current information
From 15 December 2025 to 16 February 2025, services at the Neustadtswall location will be limited. From January 2026, the following dates will be available for open consultation hours:
Monday, 5 January 2026, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Monday, 19 January 2026, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Monday, 2 February 2026, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Students can drop in without making an appointment. The open consultation hours offer the opportunity for initial contact. Consultation appointments will take place between 15 December 2025 and 16 February 2026 at the main location of the Psychological Counselling Centre (Unicampus). Appointments can be easily arranged through our office.

Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences
The PBS offers open consultation hours for initial contact on Tuesdays from 12 noon to 1 p.m. These can be used without prior appointment and offer the opportunity for initial contact. During these open consultation hours, the PBS can also be reached by telephone for brief consultations: 0471 4823 310.
The PBS branch office at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences is located in Building B, Bussestraße 24, near the ferry terminal, 3rd floor, room B 301, where you can make personal contact.
Current information
There will be no consultations on 23 December 2025 and 30 December 2025. The first consultation day of the new year will take place on Tuesday, 6 January 2026. The person responsible for the PBS branch office at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences will change from Ms Moormann to Mr Lutzebäck on 1 January 2026.

Hochschule für Künste (HfK) Bremen
The counseling service for all students of the HfK Bremen takes place at the Speicher XI location. Outside of these times, individual counseling sessions can be arranged at our counseling center on the university campus. The open consultation hour without registration takes place on consultation days from 11 a.m. to 12 noon in Speicher XI, room 1.10.040 ("Stillraum").
